New to UT? LOL. Tridel online PR??? LOL. How is Reve better than 300? Let me guess Reve is better because there are red elements in the building? 300 Front is a much better building based on the amenities alone. The finishes are superior too. And you have to admit 300 is looking better...

Tridel has the best customer service out of any builder in this city. As an end-user, buying from a builder with great customer service definitely out-weighs anything else. Reve is a really great building on multiple levels, 300 Front will be better, and Ten York seems to be even better.

Monde Boardwalk podium suites are the released and prices are now $45-$100 less per square feet... all depending on where the unit location is. The word is that the sales centre has been busy and sales have been going very well.

So does this mean I have to contact a "vip" agent for information on this re-release and that the already existing and running sales centre wouldn't even sell any of these re-released units yet directly???

Man this building is a beauty! Nice to see they made a rendering of the full building with the lake in the back ground. I found it odd that there was no lake shown with the previous renderings.

Hopefully Daniels brings a good amenity to the neighbourhood in the process. Especially since they will be the reason for the demise of one of the cities greatest music venues.

They are not selling any podium units at the moment. The podium will be relaunched next month, is what the sales centre is saying. The signs are probably for the podium relaunch.

I absolutely love this project. They say that they don't make quality condos like they used to.... I think this is a truly livable building; just like the way they used to make the old condos; but with a 21st century touch. Best project in Toronto! So excited for this beauty.

Any plans at this point for the parking lot directly to the west? What are the possibilities of there being a high rise on this lot? It seems too close to 300 Front for there to be a high rise. Thoughts?

what is the retail possibility for monde? can anyone speculate what the retail experience would be like when completed? from a visit to the sales centre, i learned there is huge amounts a retail space.
