Hey everyone, I'll be in M3 and have my design centre meeting in late Jan. Does anyone care to share photos of their upgrades and prices? I remember someone posting a pic of their standup shower unit which looked pretty awesome. Thanks in advance!

Ok thanks I really should read that purchase agreement! Lol seriously, this does suck! As someone said, they are on floor 2 so WTF?!

Sorry for the late reply....it's a tentative date....does that mean they can change it again?! Also, if I'm on the 3rd floor, my unit should be ready about 2-3months before right?

M3 - just got the letter advising of delay from June 2011 to January 2012!!! :(

really?! that sucks...can anyone else confirm this? thanks! Also, wonderimg what the hallways look like? I've been in the lowrise condo next to the firehall and their hallways have a hotel feel....decent carpeting with long mirrors next to the apartment doors. Is there a patio/bbq area in M2?

Do you mind elaborating on what that means? Also, anyone here get potlights? I heard they were $250/each! If so, how many and did you get them in all rooms? I think that is the only upgrade I'm planning to get...

Pardon my lack of knowledge on condo purchases, but when you say 3.7% of your purchase price, are you referring to how they calculate your "rent"? And is it the original price or price with upgrades (not that it would make a huge difference unless you spent $10000+ in upgrades...)? Also...

what's sad is that we bought yet we "think" it will be floor to ceiling glass from floors 3+. Just makes me wonder what else will be different from the brochures, pictures and models....ie brown glass vs blue.... As above poster said, hope it's just the poor picture quality.
