    lost its charm for me when they tarted it up with the fake glass wall and awful entrance. Nonetheless sad to see it go. With the (temporary) collapse of the hospitality industry, I can see why they took this opportunity to move forward on this phase of the project.

    The farther away from Fred Victor the better. The lack of regular traffic in the neighborhood is accentuating the challenges of living around here.

    Speaking of helicopters. I saw a large lifting helicopter (S-58T) doing circles around it a few days ago. I wonder if they are planning some lifts that way. Way faster I imagine than brining in a crane.

    They are also working on the East side. I am back in the country for the first time since January so don’t know when they started this, but it is definitely work.

    Well if they wanted taller with this design another location would have worked. Best that can be done with the location.

    Japan? There is only one building 300m or above, and it is 300m. They do have their equivalent of the CN Tower, built for the same purpose.
