From what I heard the team engaged a large design firm to come up with new plans to revitalize the stadium. Two issues, the structure cannot be changed to create new openings, and the cost was insane. Beyond anything, they would want to spend on the building.

I should have clarified as i am aware of that. Terroni's will occupy as a use, the basement, and the second floor up. Cumbrae will be doing something on the main floor primarily.

I heard Terroni's is taking most of the retail floors, including the lower level.

The project is well underway with Butcon working on it. Those images are for the Senior school I am almost 100% certain. Both the junior and senior school are being redone.

St Mikes sold the land to Kingsett Capital. Part of the development so St. Mikes could build themselves a new facility was the promising of a floor or two of parking in the new development. The new St Mikes building is to have a new rink, and a few floors above, so 7 sounds about right.

That site will be contaminated up the wazoo. Do we know who acquired the site?

I noticed this new signage on the weekend. It looks like the retail has gotten a great tenant.

I have not seen a list yet of what was retained in the deal, but Main and Main did not sell everything to Timbercreek and Trinty. Select properties were retained, and that location could be one of them.

I think all Main and Main projects would be on hold unless they were the few not sold last week.

The second office tower is in the south-east corner of the property.

Phase 2 will be breaking ground in 2018 with occupancy targeted for June 2019.

This may have just come to light as they have kicked off the beginning stages of fundraising for the redevelopment of the site. If the whole thing happens it will definitely happen in stages. ie the school is done first as they raise money to do the work.
