    Toronto Panda Condominiums | 107.59m | 30s | Lifetime | Turner Fleischer

the proportions of the grid on the white part remind me of 432 Park Ave in NYC. This one is looking sleek given my initial expectations

    Toronto Wellesley on the Park | 194.15m | 60s | Lanterra | KPMB

Overall, i think this project is a great win for the area. Excited to see the park come together.

Completely disagree. Montreal has public space that puts Toronto's to utter shame. I don't buy that it matters who the space was designed by, as long as the city is choosing to undertake the work. I can think of a number of well-executed squares and plazas off the top of my head: Prince...

    Toronto TeaHouse 501 Yonge Condominiums | 170.98m | 52s | Lanterra | a—A

The north tower is this project's saving grace.

    Toronto 212 King Street West | 250m | 80s | Dream Office | SHoP

As someone who works in the area and passes by this corner frequently, the heritage buildings are not in the best shape and the streetscape needs some TLC. I don't see how the composition of uses (entertainment or otherwise) has any bearing on the condition of the built environment. A refresh is...

    Toronto 212 King Street West | 250m | 80s | Dream Office | SHoP

The top and bottom is giving me Aura flashbacks... I know this is a higher end proposal that will largely depend on quality materials and will be in the details so i'm confident it will result in nice and polished final product. Looking forward to revitalizing this central yet run-down section...

    Toronto Freed Hotel & Residences | 219m | 63s | Freed | AS + GG

It’s comical how dwarfed Theatre Park looks like it will be one day if these all come to fruition

    Toronto The Taylor | 121m | 36s | Tricon | Diamond Schmitt

the different-sized spandrel, the grey, the gray mullions... horrifying.

    Toronto Theory Condos | 101.49m | 30s | Parallax | Arcadis

this could've been good in Theory, but reality proved otherwise...

    Toronto 400 Front Street | 195.75m | 59s | State Building Group | Kirkor Architects

this is offensive. It is upsetting that such a prominent location, beside a premier square, heritage district and future outdoor mall (the well) couldn't conjure more creativity and ambition. I would rather it remain an underutilized parking lot than to have this wasted potential materialized

Carlaw-Dundas Triangle Public Art - Obelisk (Pierre Poussin)

Why are there different styles of benches... drives me crazy!

    Toronto Waterfront Innovation Centre | 53.03m | 11s | Waterfront Toronto | Sweeny &Co

Good quality but it has the warmth of a mausoleum. Can't believe it's on prime waterfront.

    Toronto The Taylor | 121m | 36s | Tricon | Diamond Schmitt

yikes. This does not bode well at all. Everything G+C touches turns to garbage 🗑

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

this site would've been a great location for a streetscape vision akin to Harris Square further east. Though high quality, the design doesn't scream "place-making" to me but maybe those details have yet to start appearing

Toronto The James at Scrivener Square | 88.21m | 23s | Tricon | COBE Architects

does this mean that the terroni's on price is relocating? would be a shame, it's such a neighbourhood staple

    Toronto Theory Condos | 101.49m | 30s | Parallax | Arcadis

I typically love black cladding but something about this is really off. Terrible execution made worse by how out of place it is and how dark the ground level is. Compare this to Fleur Condos ...

    Toronto The Well | 174.03m | 46s | RioCan | Hariri Pontarini

If it weren't for First Canadian Place and Brookfield Place above, I wouldn't have recognized this was taken in Toronto, let alone which part of the City. Goes to show how much the skyline has changed in the past 10 years.

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

This is looking really good. The balcony treatment is the only element left to be seen and is probably the most important given the extent of its tower coverage

    Toronto PJ Condos | 156.96m | 48s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

it only took 30 years to decide to switch colours / materials up!

    Toronto The Gloucester on Yonge | 147.82m | 44s | Concord Adex | a—A

Small inconsequential detail: I wish they had used the same high quality glazing for the precast podium section on the north corner... the window wall glass there really looks out of place. Can't imagine it would've cost that much more for only 3-4 stories on one side of the building
