    Toronto 100 Lombard | 216m | 59s | Forum Asset Mgmt | OMA

Maybe the developer thought it was Lombard street San Francisco? 😅

Happy to see the 2 heritage buildings along Yonge being included in the project. Not sure if they were a part of the original plan.

    Toronto 55 Mercer | 155.5m | 47s | CentreCourt | Arcadis

I'm glad to see this building along Blue Jays Way instead of Nobu, pretty sure it will have a better street presence than Nobu ever will.

    Toronto Maverick | 154.53m | 49s | Empire | Arcadis

With all the cheap material these developers are using, maybe half of Toronto will look as dirty as the Hyatt building in photos above. I hope i'm wrong.

If this 1913 building was being built today. It would've been my favorite and most exciting project in the city.

Pizza Pizza should be banned from covering historic buildings with large ugly signage lool. This is not the only location where they have committed such atrocities.

    Toronto Spadina Adelaide Square | 185.1m | 58s | Fengate | Arcadis

I wish it was somewhat higher or lower to break the "table top" height for the area. Not sure why this height limit is set for the area.

Thanks for these photos and explanations. Glad to see progress has been done over the years and like every Torontonian, would love to see such progress in every inch of our city.

Nice project but I wish Toronto did one thing differently; (Wider Sidewalks). This last photo is a great illustration where we see the wide sidewalk lined with trees/patios just to the east of the St. Lawrence N under construction. I don't see space where trees can be planted along this new...

    Toronto Concord Canada House | 231.97m | 74s | Concord Adex | Arcadis

With all the land Concord was given to make CityPlace. The city of Toronto should have required them to make a Raildeck park, at least for the small space between Blue jays way and Spadina.

A roof top bar/restaurant would've been nice here on the lake watching the planes take off/land with the skyline

    Toronto Leslie Slip Lookout Park | ?m | ?s | CreateTO

On the long run, more should be done here. Buildings, bars, restaurants with a river walk. Boats can sail by and dock. Maybe we can have an architectural boat tour like Chicago's one day? Am I dreaming?

Wow this is an improvement from the previous design. Kinda looks like their 55 Yonge street design. I hope this doesn't mean that 55 Yonge is cancelled or altered.

    Toronto The Well | 174.03m | 46s | RioCan | Hariri Pontarini

Is there a plan in the city to transitioning the electrical poles and wires to be underground? Some countries are starting to do that.. it would've been nice to do this simultaneously on this street.
