I always thought the north side was black so the building fades into the background when looking at Massey Hall from across Shuter street.

There’s likely one coming to canary commons. I would prefer a restaurant here to liven up this stretch of king at night.

Does anyone know whats going on with the retail space in RC1? Seems odd that there is still no tenant there after 2 years. A restaurant would do wonders to liven up the intersection of King and River.

Based on the renderings it might only be that North section of the building that has brighter glazing. Fingers crossed.
