Well done. It’s now the cladding I’m worried about. Other wise so far so good. Grade level not as impressive. Maybe if they could put that (wavy glass overhang) idea back into the design.

This design took a bit but it’s growing on me now. At least they kept the basic form of it. Still a “building block” look.the silver is nice. If they make it that metallic. The only thing I’m a bit sad we’re not getting is that cool rippled effect on the building. But as is they will add a lot...

It came across as it would be nice to have a black tower break up the trend in glass for the area. But yes, it will probably end up blending in with the rest of the lovely repetitive patterns and glass so is not to pick it out on the skyline like it’s neighbouring buildings.

If that were the case would they not use their wording to say “the conversion of... or In place of” ?
