Huh? So people can't share their opinion? Architecture is like art - it's all subjective. There is no right or wrong and you don't have to be a design specialist to have an OPINION so please stop.

Sugar Wharf Condominiums, Phase 1 (Menkes) - Real Estate -

Menkes added a "virtual reality" feature on their website and they show the views from the 40th floor to 65. Keep in mind though these things are not super accurate but gives you an idea > http://www.menkes.com/sugar-wharf/virtual-reality/

Colour aside, i'm more disappointed that the glass is clear. I've never liked commercial buildings with clear glass vs reflective. It's messy to see the clutter of office 'stuff' and everyone playing with the blinds going up and down. Tinted glass covers everything up nicely.

Do the people designing these floor plans have any concept of what it's like to live in a condo? Look at the 3 bd. There's no front closet! Where are you supposed to put all your shoes, boots, jackets, vacuum cleaner etc. for an entire family? If you want families living in the core, you have to...

To each their own. Variety is good IMO. I do think it's a miss that they didn't paint the undersides of the balconies. That should be standard these days.

This is probably the worst retrofit projects i've ever seen. Sterile, cheap, monotonous POS. Does absolutely nothing to enhance to the streetscape. Major thumbs down.
