It's vitriolic. The design was never good, and the execution is somehow even worse. It's embarrassing for such a prominent corner in our most lavish neighbourhood. Yorkville is supposed exude quality and class, this fails at both.

Yeah those buildings need a cleaning, that's all. There's something about the modernist lines in those two buildings that I really appreciate over time.

I'm all for higher caliber office towers, and lord knows this city could use some more daring properties, but that restoration is flaw-less. That door archway is immaculate and the crown treatment really shows the colour that art-deco projects strove for in their time. It's hardly fair to lump...

It looks like they folded the trim in a way it wasn't designed for to seal off corners. The overall effect looks rushed and poorly thought out. This is a case where greater attention to detail would have really helped.

Wow the ground floor and podium have really exceeded my expectations. Great work! Very excited about Boxcar too.

My bad, I think I always just assumed it would be Corten. If the orange/bronze glass comes through decently I'll be okay with that. I just want more colour!

If there are any changes to the Corten steel I will freak.
