Actually the traffic I am talking about is the residual effect on side streets such as Niagara, Portland, Wellington etc. which become vents and get plugged quick. That has changed significantly in the last 5 years and getting worse.

The other thing folks forget is that the "air rights" above the rail corridors are a subject of great controvesy between GO, the feds and the City. That will be sorted out eventually, but nowhere soon.

I can confirm that Whole Foods has provided an intent letter for Minto on this project. They will utilize most of the Bathurst/Front frontage. LCBO is also slated to be joining in as well as a cafe space, which at this time might or might not be Whole Foods related. Its still early folks.
