I saw this project for the first time from the Gardiner today and it looks spectacular! I don't know how I didn't see it earlier because it looks so much bigger in person. wow!

Took this while I was in Oshawa yesterday. There are more townhouses behind this first row but I didn’t notice them until I already drove by.

I finally found some views of the amenities (Taken from The One's official site). I didn't realize it's 9000 sq.ft of heated outdoor space, including the heated pool. That's major!

I'm trying to understand how the feature wall works. Is it on the north side of the walking bridge? To me it looks like a mirror to obstruct the view of the Gardiner. Correct?

I think most of the key defining elements of this building will be seen from street level and are still to be completed, or are covered up by the hoarding. If the lobby turns out anything like the renderings, it could actually lend quiet nicely to the area, IMO. Personally, I like the curtain...
