    Toronto L-Tower | 204.82m | 58s | Cityzen | Daniel Libeskind

Clearly they have deviated from any floor plans available to the public in the last few years. As noted, even the Sub-Penthouse units which originally had an "Open to Below" two story feature of their own, no longer seem to have them:

A little more searching and I find this online. It may be old, but it clearly shows the 57th floor and the upper 58th floor of the Penthouses and none of them contain the double floor space as it's seen from the South facade. Hmmmmmm

If I'm not mistaken, those plans are of the two floor Sub-Penthouse floors 54 and 55. I don't have the plans for 56 which has 2 units on it (one of them being the giant two floor space.) Or the 57th which has the upper floor of the North unit of the 56th floor and the rest of the South...

Boston had their "Big Dig" (A ten year construction plan which buried multiple expressways in tunnels which crisscrossed the city). I propose Toronto do the same with both the rail corridor AND Gardiner expressway at the same time. Freeing up valuable lands for development and parkland while...

However, cities like New York and Barcelona realised this but had the forethought to bury them underground which allowed development above them... This provided for a less scarred appearance to the development of the core. In reference to Grand Central Terminal: (From article found HERE )

    Toronto Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

Jumpers are the least of your worries for a terrace in a building with balconies above. The real enemy is the crap that all the tenants above sweep off their balconies: Dead leaves from their potted plants; bird crap, dust, dog poop and so on. I lived in such a building and would watch from...

I can't find the exact plans right now, but ten floors higher more units on the East side get terraces too! I'm with Ramako on this one. If you purchased any of those units, you did it expressly because you are the type to actually utilize the outdoor space. Also am not familiar with the...

According to the plans, those lucky bastards will have private terraces if they purchase those units. The "T" in the unit numbers indicates terrace:

Which is exactly the case for Aura. The upper floors are even a separate Condo Organization from the lower floors. A first for Toronto I believe.

    Toronto Ïce Condominiums at York Centre | 234.07m | 67s | Lanterra | a—A

I know. The inner harbour is actually very busy in the summer. I had a view of it (albeit with binoculars) and was often fascinated with the sailing regattas on windy days. But that is few and far between. And what happens in winter.... Nothing! While the city keeps on going 24/7 - 365. Much...

Screw the view of the lake... That's what I'm talkin' about! Too much is made of lake views. Have you viewed our lake? B O R I N G! An ocean view can be beautiful because of the surf, and busy sailing/shipping traffic. Lake Ontario is boring from 200 meters up. The odd sailboat and a...

Wow, when you switched I didn't realize you were joining Scientology! This is quite a departure from the all-glass, rectilinear form of aA: (found Here )

You are sounding ridiculous. Your Deity himself uses nothing but glass, but you say this is too much.

We have tons of those... All designed by Gehry: Oh, and we can't forget these eyesores: I know I'll get flamed for dissing Gehry... But that one-trick-pony is really starting to piss me off. It's like he's addicted to Dr. Suess architecture. IMO Just because we can, doesn't mean you...

You are making perfect sense and I wholeheartedly agree. I have always disliked Aura's placement on the property along with the setbacks being reversed from common sense. The taller of the setbacks should have been on the West side, giving a three stepping-stone rise in heights with the...

Toronto MGM-Cadillac Fairview Casino Proposal for Exhibition Place | ?m | ?s | Cadillac Fairview

Ugh! Bloggers are the bane of my existence. Along with message boards, texting and instant messaging, they have collectively managed to lower writing standards to that of hillbilly folk. The gentleman's name was Martin Goodman. And "past" denotes a period of time previous to the present...

Toronto MGM-Cadillac Fairview Casino Proposal for Exhibition Place | ?m | ?s | Cadillac Fairview

MGM has released plans for a casino at Exhibition Place: The Ex will never be the same. All the rides of the Midway are to be moved across Lakeshore Blvd., to the Ontario Place parking lot. From the Globe and Mail...

    Toronto Casa III Condos | 179.52m | 55s | Cresford | a—A

That is CASA II... Note BSN right next door. III would be on the lot to the right where that representation of the Post office is.

I agree with everything in this post. Just don't hold your breath. I keep tilting at the windmill of wall to wall windows as an environmental waste as well as highly impractical in daily use, but to no avail... The brain-dead first time buyers just keep wantin' 'em 'cause their friend's got 'em.
