I walk by here everyday. On top of that, there are occasional vomit puddles over the weekend. It’s often littered with empty cans, bottles, and food wrappers, and there is often someone smoking a joint there stinking up the area. Otherwise it’s a nice walkway. People suck.

It’s glazed tile on the ground floor and painted brick above, but still looks nice. I do wish glazed brick is used more often, but it’s 7 times expensive than regular brick. Is it offices and apartments on the upper floors? It would be cool to see how those spaces turned out.

I love the brick detailing and deeply set windows, but they provide the perfect spot for pigeons to nest and perch. I wonder how this building will holdup to these dirty messy flying pests.
