G+C's biggest fault here is that they don't have an issue working for developers with the lowest common denominators. So while it's on them for designing this crap, it's not all on them allowing this crap to see fruition in the worst kind of way. /bleh

Hang on, (i) and (ii) are bit funky there...as 63 to 75 will have been modified to six-Unit and ten-Unit layouts. Er...so which is it? Or is this some Schrödinger's interdimensional thing where you can have floors with 6 and 10 units at the same time? 🙀

It's one of those cases where it doesn't matter if the government is right or wrong in doing this, rather it's about the fact they can do it seems more important to them.. especially.if it appears to be sticking it to the people who would naturally oppose this. Kinda like when they cut City...

Wasn't saying anything was dumb here, rather stating it as a more of a fascination over the complexity of it all. I always thought having roundabouts over motorways (freeways) in the UK/EU was pretty funky though.
