    Toronto The Well | 174.03m | 46s | RioCan | Hariri Pontarini

This patio gives me anxiety about getting a sunburn lol. Why no umbrellas or any kind of shade?

    Toronto Eaton Centre (Ongoing Renewal) | ?m | ?s | Cadillac Fairview | Zeidler

Eataly isn't afraid of over saturating the market? Does Toronto really need that many? Eaton Centre is a good place for it though I think

    Mississauga M3 at M City | 260.29m | 77s | Rogers Real Estate | Arcadis

It's rare to see suburban tract homes redeveloped. I'm not saying it never happens, but it's uncommon. I don't think there's any examples of it happening on a large scale in Mississauga, and the only place that I can think of it happening in Toronto would be North York along Yonge.

    Mississauga M3 at M City | 260.29m | 77s | Rogers Real Estate | Arcadis

Yeah Toronto has plenty of suburb within the 416, including a lot of yellow belt. That's not going anywhere either. So I think it's a moot point.

Roads: Gardiner Expressway catch-all, incl. Hybrid Design (2015-onwards)

Having been taking the 21 bus now that it's been reinstated, I can say it really is a shit-show with the Gardiner right now. Is the solution to tear down the Gardiner, hell the fuck no. Not with the transit we have right now, anyway. As for improved service on the Milton line, I will believe...

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

The closure at Central Parkway has added to the people going to Elm--and doing U-turns to go backward. Kinda annoying. But I get it.

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Yeah I'm pretty sure it was for Central Pkwy and Square One Dr. But since I didn't keep it, I can't guarantee it. Lots of people didn't bother to keep it though as I saw a lot of them in the trash lol

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

I did get a notice in the mail actually. I did not keep it though since now that Elm is open, I don't need Central Parkway for left turns anymore.

    Toronto Crosstown LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

But the Spadina streetcar is probably the best example of an “LRT” having way too many stops and being super slow.

They sure did. Just went on another walk today. But I was beaten to the punch lol. But I’ll post them regardless.

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

I mean the fence along Hurontario. As long as they don't add the additional track, I'll continue to use the informal pathway, regardless of whether Metrolinx ever paves it or not (unless it rains, because then the path gets muddy, the grass no longer survives there from all the people walking it).

Bradford Bypass (MTO, Hwy 400 - Hwy 404)

Why is it such a secret what number MTO has chosen anyway?

Roads: Gardiner Expressway catch-all, incl. Hybrid Design (2015-onwards)

It's sad because in most other places (I'm thinking cities in Europe and even LA) the streetcars/LRT work quite well. I definitely support giving streetcars a dedicated ROW on streets like King and Queen. But the TTC needs to prove it manage their existing ROWs first

    Toronto Eglinton Line 5 Crosstown West Extension | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

It's easy to forget that this goes into Mississauga considering how little of Mississauga it actually serves lol

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

I was referring to the fence along Hurontario actually, where there are clear desire lines / dirt from where people walk to avoid the stairs. It's not really visible on google maps or street view, but when you take it frequently like I do, it's pretty clear. EDIT to add photos of what I’m...

Oh. Happy to be wrong on this point then!

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

Considering there's no funding for Milton line expansion, I find it hard to believe they'll be adding a track anytime soon. I doubt CP would do it on their own.

    Toronto Crosstown LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

The comparison to the car will never stop. People still drive along the QEW/Gardiner even though the Lakeshore line exists. And people who have a car will look at the amount of time a trip will take by car. I take GO transit all the time. But I'm still driving all the time, to get groceries...

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

If they would formalize the pathway near the fence, the stairs are not needed. I noticed a lot of people walking up there, and it's basically become an informal ramp to avoid the descent and then having to walk up those stairs. There's your accessible entrance. Although I guess they didn't want...
