Did you read the whole thread? It’s just another thing to put on the shit pile. Me personally, I think the head of the TTC should use it regularly. It was very obvious how disconnected Leary was from the user (and employee) experience.

Paired with “I was also in charge of the Capital State of Good Repair program to address the replacement and upgrades of track, power, facilities and vehicles.” I can’t help but laugh.

The mist fountain at the former Natrel Rink is pretty cool. They have one in Flushing Meadows and it makes for some pretty neat photos.

People have always been pigs. 30 years of taking GO, I’m never surprised seeing beer cans and bottles, spilled beer, other trash and messed up washrooms on late night trains. I don’t know if there’s a reasonable way for GO to do a quick clean of their trains every now and then. It would be nice...

Preventing other agencies from serving Toronto is still dumb considering municipal boarders are crossed all the time. The status quo no longer makes sense. Especially with the one fare transfer, municipalities and the province need to work together to coordinate cross border services.

The Crosstown cars were designed and built by Bombardier. Exact same cars are running in Waterloo and Edmonton right now.

This is off topic, but I am curious. How are their BYD buses? I know they bought a lot of them. And I’m curious because of all the issues we’ve had with ours.
