Maybe the City should plan for a BRT route along Burnhamthorpe, similar to what they are planning along Dundas.

The rendering shows a large approximately 6-storey building across from this development on the south side of Burnhamthorpe. Does anyone know if this is based on an actual proposal for the vacant land, or would this just be a temporary placeholder until something official gets proposed?

Never mind, I looked at the available renderings from the Urban Toronto database file, and it appears that a crossing of Hurontario was always planned at the Cooksville Station (with crosswalks provided at either end of the LRT platform). I guess I just imagined a direct connection with the...

Does this mean that there will not be any direct access from the Cooksville LRT stop and the GO station above? Will people wanting to connect between LRT and GO train have to cross Hurontario to do so?

^ Jasonzed, I believe some of the houses you identified in the red outlined area above are among the houses that have been identified to be bought by the City create a "Central Park" in this area, which has historically been prone to flooding from Cooksville Creek.
