From what I have been told, calls for interior choosing will commence in the next 2-3 weeks. The proposed plan is calls for this process to be completed by December (for all units). Initial move in is scheduled for mid May.

The calling will start in a month or two for the 2nd - 5th floors (I think, with higher floors being called later on this year) Move in is scheduled for May 15 - 2011 --- for the first few floors, and obv later for the higher floors.

Was there over the weekend - June 5th. Sales centre is pretty much all gone - there are approximately 20 units lefts... I think like 3-4 in phase 1 and 15ish in phase 2. They finished the second floor, and some parts of the third floor were already up. Apparently they are 4 months ahead of...

According to sales office... April/May they will call phase 1 owner to do the selctions, and to dedicate pretty much a full day to it. Also, it was mentioned that you can book your appointment for this process for a later date.. i.e. june/july...

Those were bigger than expected....

March 13th - 2pm-ish. Presentation centre was quite busy. According to sales office, target move in for first building is Spring 11, and for building 2, Spring 12.
