Hopefully their plan 'b' will make the building visually as close to as possible to the rendering. I guess it was a toss up between the extended fins and blocking the views..

Speaking with the the sales manager, they are not going to extend further because, as brought up in these threads before, it will impact the view of some units. What they are doing now, it looking at different ways of making them have a greater visual affect without extending - i guess different...

I think we all just cant wait to move in! Knock on wood the delay - in my opinion - hasn't been serious. When I picked up the unit in Aug 08, they said occupancy June 11... Considering its 5 months "behind" schedule from their prediction 3 years ago, I am not too frustrated.

So it looks like they have pushed the move 2 months, but it seems like its going quite quickly... I think they mentioned a week per floor... By the sounds of it, its more like a floor a day...

I believe all the ameneties and retail is to be ready before occupancy... That is what they mentioned to me some time ago... I believe thats why the occupancy is pushed a bit.

You are right. Its all speculative at the moment. I hope the fin's end up part of the final plan. We will have to wait and see, or have someone confirm.

Interesting that the lower floors and higher floors, assuming, are getting the same information on move in dates... Glad to hear that the fins are still part of the plan - looks a little dull without them.

Interested to see how this proposed project develops. SB south views were always in danger of being blocked. There is too much land for potential developments between the SB site and Lakeshore/Lake.

This is quite a suprise --- they kept reassuring they are ahead of schedule and that Occupancy would commence end of May beg of June... I don't know what could of possibly happened in the last 2 months to delay the project for another 3 months...

What do you guys think of the location? I don't know how the surrounding properties are going to react and if the neighborhood will follow suit... Is this project going to be a boom or bust?

I think its a pretty good thing that they decided to go with 2 instead of 3 buildings... Project-- Cant wait to see it done... Pretty much it should top off in approx 1 more week... pending weather...
