All the parking spaces are assigned already. They will tell you your spot when you pick up your keys. Once you are in the garage, its straight forward. As mentioned... one of the easier garages to get around in.

I would be interested to know for those people that have taken occupancy, what is the status of deficiency work that was indicated during the PDI.

Kiwi - I'm with you on that one... They don't even give you slack for the week or soo in 'fees' for the rest of February... 6 months does seem a little over the top for registration... but hey, what can you do...

A couple weeks for me too. p.s. Check that 'Hydro' forms in the package... I think its the wrong form (for commercial use and not residential).

MadMax - There were deficiencies. Alot of ticks, scratches, lights on angles, paint leaking, missing cocking, glue/silicone spills, corner chips, hardwood cut short (gap between hardwood and baseboard). Alot of small things - nothing tooo major. Its incredible to think how someone can say...

Thanks guys. I had no idea how it was going to turn out... I have the Avalon - 1+den, although the Collins would of been nice haha. I don't really have any more unit pictures as they are all zoomed in and taken of deficiencies.

I did my PDI yesterday and will put up a couple pictures later today. I asked about any delays and they said no - quite confidently...

I am on the 8th, pdi is next week and occupancy is end of Feb... (pre latest new of a 2 week delay)...

Interesting... I believe that Shoppers is quite new there -- was a No Frills up untill recent... Im not to fond of that area. The activities and demographics of the buildings on the south side of Rathburn (on Eastmall), are not the greatest.
