Kendal ended up moving into the space east of parliament on Winchester... Anyone knows whats coming into the Blockbuster space? heard a rumor that guardian is interested in the space... the landlord is tight lipped about it right now... id love to see a cool building like winchester hotel...

just heard that the toyota dealership lot by the ninety was sold. the recall building lot was for sale earlier in the year... anyone have any info on this?

The rendering is hand drawn... Yes, there isn't a multimillion dollar marketing machine behind this project and we're trying to make as much information available as possible. Hope it gives you an idea of what the building would look like.

I would love to see the goth style replicated on the new podium with shops and office on the podium... Entrance to parking off the back and large towers... Whatever is built, it should play well with OF building... Definitely a great project to look forward to...

The owner is planning on hanging onto the property with future development not off the table... The north side on the main floor have just been leased for 10 years so development won't be anytime soon... Thanks for the warm welcomes...

There will be 24 rooms up stairs in the hotel... The Toronto Star did a story on this and it's actually in print today in the Greater Toronto Section on page 4. Definitely worth a read...
