it's going to suck if the people behind merlin don't continue their plans the building that's there sucks and something needs to be done with it... it's an eyesore and nobody is using it anymore.

the building design does suck but the density is appropriate for the area that they are building as it's right beside the new six points intersection...

probably not it likely wont be multipurpose because stadiums are too big these days for most concerts so they prefer using arenas... hard to compete with scotiabank arena. other things like monster truck rallies aren't popular any more and with the CFL and MLS out of the building now, there's...

in my mind the worst thing with the whole render is all the random trees on tiny balconies nobody will want to hump a tree just to get a clear view of a half dead mall known for having the last zellers

@Amare Heard back from Mark Grimes apparently it's not going to be 1000 beds but maybe 100... the thought is it could be a womens shelter (apparently to further compliment jean tweed?)
