If the budget is $300K....you will conside 1 bedroom or 1 bedroom + 1 Den.... If the budget is $400K....then you have lots of choices for 2 bedrooms.... $350K....I think only for very small 2beds......if you want a good location.....

So..why this place is expensive?.......I think the price of downtown condo (close to lake) is around $400/sq ft......

What's the meaning of "they"? If "they" means tridel, they do post exact prices of each unit.

BUT if you go to http://www.tridel.com, you can see the price. Why tridel post the price on their website? They protect themselves, but who protect their customers?

Why they do NOT post the price on their website? I want to know the price of these condo, but I really do not want to call them.
