That report was a satisfying read, it gives me hope that the integrity of the surroundings can, in some fashion, be maintained. At least there is an attempt.

Seeing the beautiful new grass is very satisfying, but I wonder given the location, how long it will last. Even the park closest to me, St. James, the grass has been damaged quite a bit due to the increase of pandemic dogs. Provided the amount of tourism at that specific corner, I would hope...
