Based on what I saw in that video, it just doesn't sound like the office component is to be included. The name itself seems to indicate that. I would have guessed they would say something in the video if that were to be included. Not suggesting that I have factual evidence or that I know better...

Based on the slender design of the tower, the number of floors, and the knowledge of hotel and residential condominium components, I'm going to suggest that this building likely would not have an office component.

Several large office towers breaking ground in the next year... Sounds extremely ambitious. We don't even have plans for several large office towers. Phase 2 of BAC is the residential / hotel building, and 50 Bay Street has a very long way to go before ever breaking ground.

Looking back on this rendering, many of these are already finished or are well underway. It is quite amazing to see.
