Very random: I stumbled across this development proposal for a 50-storey tower in San Francisco. Although it is a bit of a different context (right adjacent to low density housing), it reminded me of the tower planned for this project:

They have a project in the works in Brampton at the moment, I believe upwards of 50 storeys. Most of their completed developments have been smaller scale
