Those south facing balconies won't be very desirable considering Stanley Condos will be directly next door. Those balconies will literally be looking right into peoples living rooms.
I used to be a Floor Leader for LUSH. It was only the Eaton Centre store that smelled like that - they had FAR too small of a space for that much product. (But I loved that smell)
I only go to Whole Foods for the hot food/salad bars for lunch. Because all their food is really amazing.
I skip the grocery store though. Too expensive.
I used to work for City Sightseeing Toronto. They aren't doing anything wrong here. The company pays the city for their drop-off/pick-up spots, including both Queens Quay and Dundas Square.

Honestly, this area is much safer than it used to be. So is Allen Gardens. A condo development that takes into account the park across the street would be great. I welcome any change on Jarvis.

Just checked out the 2nd Level last night. I didn't think continuing the mall upwards would be a good idea on this level, but it flows pretty much like the 1st Level. Should be exciting!
Apparently, they are considering rental with this building. Mizrahi even said they are looking at making the full building rental.
I know it won't happen, but it's good to see they are considering it.

The presentation was great! Audience was very receptive overall. Just minor concerns from the crowd, mainly to do with the stone facade of Stollery's. Harry Rosen (the person) was also there, and gave his approval to the project.
