Really hope plans go through to keep this structure. I don't understand why developers are so brash to tear down original structures. It keeps the condominium more animated at the base in my opinion rather than just glass and windows.

The pictures on here aren't doing this project justice. The granite mosaics look awesome, and the area should look a lot better once greenery is installed. Just wait for it to be complete. It's literally a sandbox right now.

Very well said. Dubai is full of beautiful buildings, but definitely doesn't mean I rate it higher than Toronto. I think a majority of people around the world would choose Toronto over Dubai.

Sheraton Centre (123 Queen West, new windows & exterior repairs)

I really was hoping they would tint the windows similar to City Hall across the street.

    I don't see much of a difference.

    Target

The real question is why Target would even think about opening in Centrepoint. Does anyone even shop there?

    Toronto Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

Now that the upper portion of Aura is being completed, it's turning into a really sexy tower, especially when viewed from Yonge/Dundas. My only complaint is the way Aura meets the street, but my opinion could change once they open up park space between College Park/Aura and get rid of the roof...

Are they ever going to fix that mismatched panel on the lower level on the west side..

Looks like they'll paint it white and add black windows. Could be decent.
