Just saw this today at filmores parking lot

The links on the site are definitely outdated but the pictures on the landing page are recent. The original plan is much better. The developer is not to blame here . It's the city by rejecting the original plan.

I would agree with you if only it was cheaper to buy in South Cabbagetown. As a matter of fact it's quite the opposite actually. You pay more to live there (renting or buying) than you would near Trinity bellwoods.

When is the starting date for this development. It seems that developments in east downtown take forever to start.

I noticed some drilling/work happening at the parking lot that belongs to Ryerson (north west corner of Jarvis and Dundas). Any idea if they are planning to start building something there while this one starts to ramp down?

The demolition of Phase 3b-2 (gerrard and parl) is moved back to fall 2018 instead of summer 2019 as mentioned in another thread. I wonder if the recent surge in gun crime played a role in this.

Any idea what is planned for the 214 - 226 Sherbourne St. Empty Lot (Corner of Sherb and Dundas) ? There was a for sale sign , it was recently taken down.

Makes sense. I'm hoping for another grocery store in phase 3 as the FreshCo is reaching full capacity.
