Since the subway will run in a new corridor, is it possible to operate the SRT until this thing is done? That will help reduce the need for buses. If it is not going to be refurbished or replaced you may as well squeeze every ounce of life in it and run it into the ground.

There is no transfer from the collector to express lanes on the WB 401 west of Highway 427. This means anyone entering the 401 from the 427, Eglington, Renforth, Dixie and 410 are all funneled into the collector lanes. No actual change has happened as this was the setup before the Ontario...

See my post on the previous page. There is nothing planned for this section when this phase is done until the 'beyond 2016' timeframe. The next phase won't start untill 2017 at the very earliest. The HOV lane will remain unused for about a decade.
