No public library?

I feel the city should consider how better to integrate community center and library together. There might be some programs or services offered by community center and library are overlapped. Or their facility could be used more efficiently when sharing together. Library doesn't necessary...

@sunnyraytoronto, Do you happen to know what's the plan for the below vacant land in between 5800 and 5760? And will the Hydro transformer station be relocated? given so many planned Condo projects around. Thanks.
