Ridiculous comments and claims made by City Councillors

Gotta be, who would be this stupid? I bet he'll be licking labels at Deco starting in October.

Ridiculous comments and claims made by City Councillors

What a gutless pig! All this time he has been fighting other councillors for something he doesn't believe in and now that he knows his career is over he admits he was wrong. Where was he when his vote mattered?

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

http://www.birchcliffnews.com/crawford-and-holland-on-changes-at-city-hall/ Ford's behaviour is really playing into the hands of incumbents. I'll be glad to see one, if not both of these bounced. Meanwhile, Arbour had already made up business cards and a logo before Ford dropped the bomb, and...

I forgot about the SUV that was supposedly damaged! Good times, good times.

Have any of the big companies said a thing since this came about?

If the bunny suit was used for the job of being a councillor, of course it should be expensed.

I don't drink beer but I love these companies for speaking up.

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

I don't blame Ainslie for being ticked off. Remember when Rob Ford robocalled all of Ainslie's constituents because he changed his mind on the LRT? This is all just petty b.s. As far as DeB having a shot, not if Guildwood residents have anything to say. They love him.

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

So de Baeremaeker is trying to decide if he'll run in Paul Ainslie's ward and yesterday delivered flyers to Ainslie's entire ward regarding jobs at the TTC. He did this via his councillor's budget according to Ainslie who is not pleased. I would love to see him run in Ainslie's ward because I...

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

Crawford isn't well liked. I'm in a number of Facebook groups for the area and most people don't respect him, in huge contrast to Paul Ainslie in Guildwood who is very well liked. Michelle is all about herself, all her newsletters are me, me, me.

I agree too. He holds so much power and is vindictive as all hell. That's a dangerous combination.

    Mayor John Tory's Toronto

Interesting, Crawford is in very tight with Tory. It seems every time Tory is in Scarborough it's to promote something in Crawford's ward. He was at the announcement for a new bus route that went to Bluffers Park (Crawford's ward but it was actually Paul Ainslie who got the ball rolling) and...

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

Is she divorced from him? She changed to her maiden name but has now hyphenated it. I saw that someone in the media called her Lorenzo's ex. If that's the case she's obviously hyphenating it for name recognition purposes only and I expect she'll go back to her maiden name after the election.

But what can he do for them if they lose their job?

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

I don't understand what the motivation is for councillors to be in favour of fewer wards when their own jobs are at stake. I'm looking in my own area, Gary Crawford and Michelle Whatshernametoday who will likely be going against each other. She won quite handily last election but he didn't do...

Toronto Municipal Election 2018: Mayor’s Race

I don't think he's built unity at all among council. Again, compared to Ford, sure, anything during the Ford years was a circus. I'm just thinking back to how cold winter was and he wouldn't open the armouries for homeless people. He has a cruel streak under all that polish.

    Jennifer Keesmaat's Toronto

If she starts talking bike lanes in Scarborough she's going to have a problem. At this point, and I hate to say it, I think she's going to have to back off talk of the LRT in Scarborough as people are sick of flip flopping on it and the subway.

Bringing respectability is low hanging fruit, all you had to do was not be a crack addict.
