According to the Wilshire brochure it said something like "state of the art Internet/Tv/phone" so.. maybe? You'll need just 2 phone lines. I'm actually looking into cable from one of the independents... Teksavvy has cable 15/1 for about $45 a month. I think Acanac has a similar deal.

WOW, that's bad. i haven't used Bell for close to a decade now and definitely don't plan on going back (especially after their UBB crap). FYI - I'm currently with Acanac DSL, on a 5mbps profile, unlimited for about $30 a month...

Since bell is the designated provider for the building does this mean that there are satellite dishes at the top of the building? I don't recall seeing any however. Surely they won't be installing a satellite dish in every unit balcony?

I highly doubt it... it certainly wasn't pointed out in any of the brochures... Perhaps it just means your personal laundry room?

i would hardly call the readers of THIS forum uninformed. There is no doubt in my mind, or anyone elses here i would imagine, that the benefits from say a tridel or other more reputable developer is greater than norstar however the costs of this project is significantly lower than the others...

Toronto Star did an article on it earlier this year: The sales guy said that they should start construction at the end of Aug. Looks like they have sold about 110/191 or so units last time I checked. I don't really have any more info than that. Anyone here purchase a unit? -- ST. CLAIR...
