That's different, in those cases everybody should be driving slow.

I've heard a lot of subdivision type home builders (single detached homes in suburban hell) aren't even that interested any more. A lot are trying to pivot to condos and infrastructure.

If someone wants to drive slow they shouldn't be on a 400 series highway.

I'm interested to see how they make it easier for developers without upsetting our rampant NIMBYism. My guess is it will be a disaster. Because most things this government touches turns to shit.

I work in the private sector. We always pick the lowest bidder on projects. The only time this doesn't happen is if the bidder forgot something in their Bid. The issue with infrastructure projects is there are only a handful of companies that can actually do them.

McDonald's has to be a big reason. You can add me to the chorus that prefers their coffee over Tim's. During the last Roll Up the Rim McDonald's ran their $1 coffee any size promo. I think during that time I probably only purchased 2 or 3 Tim's coffees. I just don't get what Tim's is doing...

My last few trips through Terminal 3 have been for family vacations. The last few years I have had status with Air Canada but have considered getting Nexus as I probably won't get enough flights this year.

He could have kept the current plan and could have had construction started before the next election. Now this line is essentially up in the air. That 2030 date is nearly meaningless.

Coming home from a trip and having to go through customs is such a terrible experience. I can't believe this is the 'newer' terminal. It's so obsolete now it isn't funny.
