How much did they charge you for changing/adding/deleting names from the agreement?

I bought the unit Feb 2018 and had asked to be put on wait list.. I never received any emails informing it they were available to be purchased.. seems like they did it randomly

how much did you end up paying? also which building are you in?

i have a unit on 9th floor in south building..no emails from melissa other than from a couple of weeks ago saying to expect occupancy sometime in july

i think otherwise... they think sometime July occupancy... but since the occupancy has been delayed so long.. they might be in a position to register with the city fairly quickly..

got email from melissa on friday.. she said the tentative occupancy is now sometime in july...they dont know the dates but have moved it to july from june . my unit is in south building

nope... no replies to emails or to any voicemails... she seems to want to avoid us .. period

how is everyone handling the mortgage scenario for their valhalla closing..?? rates are only held for 120 days and i have lost my rate with all the push of occupancy dates

none... i left melissa at edilcan head office a voicemail some days back and no response on that

Got the email today from the builder for occupancy date change.. did anyone else get it?

Are they not planning to email and clear this out? i mean this is the not efficient that everyone is going to call them to know their occupancy date.... this is not good honestly.

this is indeed a joke.. it is around 40 days to occupancy and no word on confirmations or delays from them

Any emails as of yet to anyone from the builder for the delay? Tower.. north/south buildings?

i called them last week and they said the delay is there for sure.. for south building they are expecting occupancy sometime in june.. they said they will email some coming week i have a unit in south building

Mid march???? that is like in 3 weeks.. when do they plan to do pdi then?
