Area is still up and coming. It's great if you have a car. Relatively easy access around the city. Phase 2(39 Queens Quay E) will definitely have the outdoor amenities done by late spring. Short Walk in the spring/summer yes. Still pretty quick access to Union station as well(Through RBC...

5 Hi-Speed Elevators is fantastic. Relatively very easy in and out parking access. Quality and finishes are quite good for the amount people bought these units for. Remaining units available has boat loads of upgrades. 8'6 ceiling height for most units some floors have 10ft.

Yes Phase 1 started occupying about three weeks ago. Metro should be opening up next month.
