This is encouraging. I think the "old main street downtown" areas in the GTA have been somewhat undervalued in recent years and can be redeveloped thoughtfully.

Does any other North American region even come close to the number of highrises by highways that we have here in the GTA? Plenty along the DVP, 401, QEW, and 407 as well. It really speaks to the car culture here.
