88 Scott St. (Concert Properties) - Real Estate -

Hm, I guess I underestimated the extent. Sorry to hear that, and thanks for sharing. I was judging their communication based on how frequent I get notifications about the elevator issue, which seems reasonable. Having said all that, I do hope the eventual permanent management company keeps...

88 Scott St. (Concert Properties) - Real Estate -

By my count, there's only been 1 massive flood (last year). The second, much smaller, flood was was last month, where they had to shut down the amenities, but no occupants' units were affected. I was thinking more from the podium going all the way to the top, on the two front edges (on either side of the western balconies).

I wonder if existing chrome-like metal finishings simply can't last long enough for this sort of application. Or at least what the cost may be to clean them once every few years.

This building's vertical notch makes for a striking presentation as I drove South on DVP.

With the above test samples, the metal version definitely looks better.

Another angle. Looking forward to the tracks getting covered up.

I hope they do a more Monde-like finish on the top half when the time comes to refresh the cladding.

Love this tower. I wish 88 Scott's top was like this.

What happened to this...? Is it on the other side of that corridor?

This is insane pricing. What's the other two towers going to be like?

They should have made the non-glass parts a bright Tridel Red.

The dark doors on the lower balconies broke the cleanliness of the tower point. Hard to avoid, I guess.
