Totally agree, WislaHD. I park on Redpath occasionally (usually to grab some Banjara) and there's lots of pedestrians about. Think in 5 years when all the towers are built out on Roehampton, Broadway and Erskine. There's no access to Eglinton between Yonge and Mt. Pleasant other than Redpath...

It wouldn't surprise me. The condo market is strong, plus the recently announced rent control rules have turned developers off in a big way from building rentals.

Finally got to try Pho Challenge. Quite good. Decent depth to the broth and good beef. Lots of noodles. Talk about a real family-run establishment!

Stuff is definitely happening on the site. Drove by last week and new equipment has arrived and there were large piles of gravel that I haven't seen before. What's the deal with the gas station as of now? Are they proceeding with it right away or do they still have to do the traffic study?

Thanks for the review of Pho Challenge. My wife and I both like Thai and Vietnamese and are always looking for new spots. We tried Pho Thien Phat on Don Mills near Overlea, and while the bun was ok, the pho was not very flavourful. Not bad, just lacking depth. Little Coxwell is still the family...

Did they learn nothing from 300 Front Street? Didn't think it was possible, but this is even worse. I suppose decent balcony glass might soften the blow, like it did at 300 Front, but this is shockingly poor.

41 is that single detached brick building used as an office, according to GoogleMaps. 39 must be that goofy-looking 4-storey buiding right next to it. It's going to be pretty tight against the E Condos site.

I'm a Leasider and I'm OK with it not being called Leaside station. It does border on Davisville and Lawrence Park. Bayview makes the most sense, with the current Sheppard subway station renamed to Bayview Village Station.

According to a client who's an EY partner, the move-in date for them is May. So lots of interior work still left to do.

If anyone tries the pho place, let us know. I'm curious. If I have time for a jaunt over, I'll give it a shot. It's more in my periphery than Little Coxwell.
