HAHAHA!!! LMAO on that one. Far better than the line I was thinking of. "Build it and they will come" Gotta admit. That is a kind of weird and funny picture.. It's like a spaceship is about to land on the roof or something.

    Market Wharf - Floorplan opinion

Add a a balcony and it's a 10 out of 10. Decent spaces, big closets and wow, a real kitchen! A very efficient design for this size of a unit. Certainly an easy resale in the future. Whats not to like. Neuhouse's tweeks sound like excellent suggestions too.

Interesting. Still making my mind up on the design. Based on that rendering, there does not appear to be any balconies, on the north side anyway. That is quite a stretched podium. Impressive. No land wasted here. I was so hoping that podium would have some kind of coordination with the...

The Berczy Condo - Critique the B9 Unit recently released

14 x 15 living area and that includes the kitchen area. Do you have any idea how small this is?? Interior bedroom is also tiny. All the space in this bowling alley is thrown away in the hallway. This is a 1 bdrm/den trying to imitate a studio unit. About the only redeeming thing about this...

Subtract the approx: 100 square feet of hallway (HOLY CRAP!) ..and now what is it costing you? quick edit: I see CDR,, above did the same calculation. The living space in this one is quite simply awful.

Is it realistic for a single 19 year old to live in Toronto?

I smiled when I read your post. You reminded me of someone, from a very long time ago. You are in a hurry to get on with the the next stage of your life and that's a good healthy thing. My advise.. Slow down and think..hard. You have an awful lot of life ahead of you. You don't want to screw...

presale condos and townhouses: best bang for your buck in GTA?

I could hit you with a lot of old cliches, but the fact is there is a loth of wisdom backing them up. "Location Location Location" " you get what you pay for" I could go on but I'm sure you get the point. Downtown is expensive and that is where the market tends to stay strong. It goes up in...

London on the Esplanade Condos (Cityzen) - Real Estate -

Different outcome? Oh come on. Give yourself a shake. There is no sense in saying stuff like that after the fact. In other words she recieved 70% of her proxy votes from individuals that she vigorously lobbied beforehand along with a clear and solid majority on the floor last night. Why not...

Absolutely fantastic! And to think we all came so close to losing this forever.

22 I hought it was made pretty clear. They ran the breakdown of the numbers. She campaigned hard and she was rewarded for her efforts. She would have won without a single builder's vote. What part of the above do you have a problem with other than the candidate you voted for didn't win...

Walked by the podium construction site yesterday on the way overto visit Sugar Beach. One corner is already bricked. It's going to be nice,..really nice. By the way, for anyone who has not visited Sugar Beach (especially on a beautiful sunny day like yesterday), I highly recommend doing so...

Cheap finishes..my ass. Whats wrong with those pics. Not bad. Not bad at all. Hey, this aint the Ritz, for crying out loud, but it's certainly looks upscale. The window over the counter/ under the cupboards is unique. This is nice stuff, especially at these prices. Go impress everybody...

Thanks Cityzen! I guess that explains the temporary structure that was built in recent weeks on the east side of the Sony on Scott Street.

    Cresford Hell pls help!

For what its worth, I decided NOT to buy an investment unit from this builder,(during the 10 day after signing an offer period) based mainly on what I have read on this forum. I bought elsewhere from a builder that appears to have a good reputation. It sickens me to read this kind of stuff...

Excellent pic, Androiduck. It's got me to wondering though. Why the deep excavation right to Front Street? We know there is no indoor parking under the LTower.. or will there be some possibly? Good time to kick in here, Cityzen. Whats going in down there to the north of the tower?

Some lucky condo owner across the street is going to have the counter weight swing just feet from his window. This could get interesting.
