    Sounds similar to my situation I had with Carma billing at 88 Scott. I'm also in a new building with Enercare set-up for the first time and will receive first bill within 8 weeks. I'm curious what my hydro bill will be too.

    After Sep 2018 when the building registered. They added a Fixed Heat Pump Charge that kept fluctuating from $10/13/25. I don't work 9-5 so I am home more during peak hours but still something doesn't add up.
