    Toronto 11 YV | 213m | 62s | Metropia | Sweeny &Co

Yorkville has some of the prettiest and ugliest buildings in the city right next to each other.

    Toronto 801 Milner | 21.01m | 5s | SmartStop Self Storage | Francesco Serafini Architect

Man, these hulking things really are popping up everywhere, aren't they?

    Toronto 20 Front West | 173.82m | 52s | Brookfield | KPMB

I wonder if the general end-user move to larger floorplates effectively killer the office tower? It does seem to be better suited to residential here.

    Markham UnionCity South | 159.55m | 49s | Metropia | Arcadis

I'm not understanding what's happening here at all. It almost looks like the rapidway way will be in a tunnel?

So there will be more balconies the higher and windier it rises?

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

I noticed this as well -- the ROW seems wide there (east of Main).

    Richmond Hill Yonge Line 1 North Subway Extension | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

I do hope we get a Yonge-Cummer station with an easy transfer to Old Cummer GO.

Sheppard Line 4 Subway Extension (Proposed)

I like that we can have a broader network with many hubs now. Stouffville GO connecting to a Line 4 station at Agincourt (with fare integration) and then the Line 2, McCowan BRT and Eglinton East LRT connection at McCowan is great network building for this part of the GTA. As Northern Light...

    Hamilton 1400 South Service Road | ?m | 16s | Losani Homes

So many proposals here, Stoney Creek will need a Service Road Secondary school.

    Toronto 15 Hollis | 146.6m | 45s | Gairloch | a—A

I'm curious how many detached homes are being replaced by more density across the GTA each year? It must be a pretty substantial number.

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

Well, hopefully the trains come back to Stouffville with the June 23 schedule changes. Off-peak and weekend trains have been like Lucy and Charlie Brown with the football.

The new bus terminal is more civilized and indoors.

    Richmond Hill Yonge Line 1 North Subway Extension | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Apologies if this has been answered previously, but when will we expect to hear the final station names? I assume "High Tech" and "Bridge" aren't going to be the actual station names.

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

I hope Stouffville and Barrie will at least get double-decker buses to replace the train service. Standing-room only buses are the biggest deterrent to taking GO to a Jays game (I've been on hundreds of these buses in the past).

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

That's what I thought the last several times trains have been cancelled. :(

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

This is terrible news -- cancelling off-peak and weekend trains right before the summer when they are used the most. Does anyone have a sense of how long this will last? The work on the Stouffville tracks and stations has really been dragging on and this is so disappointing.

    Mississauga 49 South Service Road | 90.5m | 26s | Edenshaw | Kirkor Architects

They should call it the Onramp Suites or Service Road Gardens.

Toronto Ontario Court of Justice Toronto | 95.7m | 17s | Infrastructure ON | Renzo Piano

There's going to be some very "cinematic" shootings inside and directly outside this building.

    YRT/Viva Construction Thread (Rapidways, Terminals)

Likewise for when the Markham York U campus opens in 2024 and when Unionville GO eventually gets frequent service (hopefully by the end of the decade, but things are sure moving slowly).
