That's great, but no word in the newsrelease about when it's opening. Did I see July 1 somewhere in the thread?

Has no one noticed the slant of the roofline under construction?? It's quite visible on the north side. I've noticed it for the past week from Yonge and College - sorry no pic.

Can you provide the source for this quarterly report? Is it Colliers'; Cushman Wakefield? Other? I'm actually doing some research on this topic. Thanks.

Not the only thing falling apart -- I don't have a picture but the weather stripping (or whatever it's called - that long strip of fuzzy material that runs from the top of the door down to the bottom) on the doors on Yonge St. entrance to BB+B is already loose halfway up the door.

Agreed. Views of Ice from the south (well, from the Island) will be obliterated. As will views of Ice condo dwellers looking south. Lovely.

???? Not sure why you think the Victory building would be affected. The Victory building is at 80 Richmond St. W. -- on the north side of Richmond just west of Bay St. This project -as you indicated - is at 100 Adelaide at Sheppard St. ?????

Well said Junctionist. I wonder what the local councillor has to say about this - I think it's Joe Mihevic. I have also heard that Urbancorp is negotiating to buy the TD-Canada Trust branch site at the corner of Winona and St. Clair. This will make for a much larger building on the site --...

Acura dealership - Front and Sherbourne Word in the hood is that they are going to start demolishing the buildings on this site in a month. Any truth to this rumour? I recall reading on here some time ago that the site was bought. Any plans floating out there yet?

To each their own I guess; I felt the crown in the original rendering too tall/heavy somehow. I don't see anything wrong with the revised setbacks either - the glass boxes higher up don't appear to have changed - and in fact the revised drawings make the tower look more streamlined and refined.

If there was such a dedicated email address, that inbox would be full. Not just for this project but from complaints of many other planning mistake's in the city's history. Try the planning manager for that part of the downtownr -- call 311 to get contact info. Good luck with registering...

The way some of these condos are being designed today, I wouldn't be surprised if those are townhomes at the base and not retail.

    Toronto Rise Condos | 76.5m | 23s | Reserve Properties | Graziani + Corazza

There were plans back in the early 90's for several condo towers. Part of the problem of developing on the Loblaws site (at the time) was the location of the station below which prevents from going high-rise. Apparently the site can't support anything more than a low-rise structure like a Loblaws.

Well, if it's going that far south, then that's a huge site and buyers of south face units should beware. Site can easily accommodate a second tower to the south.
