Frankly I'm glad they are not renaming the street (at least for the time being), the amount of disruption would be huge for that, and probably create far more ill-will than the four things...
Let me reiterate, we will not be throwing the term "woke" around here. It does nothing to promote discussion, it only seeks to inflame. Actual discussion does not reduce any opposition to a catch-all term that's been appropriated by an intolerant faction of the wider society to describe anything...
You're allowed to disagree, you're allowed to discuss, but the way that "woke" is being used is dismissive and disrespectful, and it's not going to get you any points 'round these here parts. So go ahead and press your points, but don't spark it with a word that is meant to trigger others.

If there are any plans to redevelop here, the City will require rental replacement units of essentially the same size and the same number of bedrooms, so as discussed earlier in this thread, with the current separation distances between the buildings, it makes redevelopment here very tricky and...
Medical tech has been advancing faster than anything over the last decades, so it's quite possible that the doctors etc here are moving to facilities that are better set up for new communications and power needs anyway. Meanwhile, the developers here wouldn't be proposing this if they didn't...

Its redevelopment was stymied by City refusal to upzone it enough to cover the cost of developing it. Now that we're in a weird time for the economies of building again, many sites that aren't obvious moneymakers for their owners are on the block again. Poor timing here!
