Is that liquor licence for the Italian restaurant new? Perhaps there is movement in that space - the coming soon signs have been there for almost 2 years now.

I would love a fruit/veg shop, a bakery or a butcher. This neighbourhood is missing little street-facing little stores like that. Yes, I know the Market, but you frequently have to deal with tourists and it feels closed more often than it's open.

On a side note - what program did you use to create this graphic?

Can't see this aging well - bland and utilitarian. But I definitely see the brutalist connections.

According to Google Maps it is 300 meters away. I imagine having the OL connect with the King Streetcar would prove more effective for the movement of passengers rather than having a stop right in the Distillery.

I would also assume that the timed restrictions are there to provide a safe recreation space for the students. Although the students may not have been using the playground when you were there, schools work on timetables and these often rotate week by week, year by year, so it is probably easiest...

Yes - it's gone! I used this station all the time! I have no idea why they removed it.

Some cities have traffic lights that display a 'T' in green, amber or red directing public-transit movement, whereas private vehicles have to follow the regular traffic light system. I have a feeling people would be less willing to drive through an intersection that displays a regular red light...
