    I think this was one of the NOAC Post-Construction conditions that they have to get done unless they can find a way to avoid doing it.

    I believe there has been an ongoing request from the city to bury the existing overhead wires along Front Street East. Since 2018, a third party and consultant have been involved in this project. It is frustrating that, after so many years, there has still been no resolution.

    The developer has made revisions to the condominium declaration and the SPA documents, which were subsequently approved by the Planning at the city. Initially, visitor parking was to be provided at no cost, but this arrangement was modified to a paid parking system.
