I am specifically interested in trying to calculate what percentage of units *may* be occupied when the lower concourse finally opens.     @am29 IMO: $5 says sidewalk on York is done.... Lanterra blew all the landscaping money on that fancy courtyard... yellow bird house.... etc...

    I am not saying ground level columns will not be clad. I agree that it appears they have plans for these ones. I was just told that the columns on level 70/roof are complete, "as-is". EDIT— The biggest loss for this building is that the rooftops are restricted space. No unauthorized entry...
