    I love how the Sheppard Subway Action Coalition pretends that they care about "driving development" and they aren't just solely interested in subways because they think it is better for driving.

    How long is your regular daily commute?

    Someone on another forum mentioned recently that they commute all the way to Sheppard from Bloor by bike, and I had the same thought. So I actually tried doing it on an off day, and it is quite the nerve racking experience the further north you go. The closer you get to the 401, the faster...

    The rental aspect of this proposal is very interesting to me. What I did want to know though was why would a developer choose to go the route of condo's or rentals. Is there a financial reason to it or something else? I'm sure there's someone here that could shed some light on the subject for me.
