Thanks Northern Light. This proposal is reasonable, in terms of future inconveniences to pedestrians. The closure of the sidewalk on Yonge street was very inconvenient, but fortunately, they recently completed the proposed covered walkway (on west side of Yonge) so one does not have to cross to...

Generally, I like it. But why so many small windows? On the second floor they could have had a single pane in height and on the floors above only 2 pane height. Wouldn't have looked so institutional. Reminds me a bit of King West Life in Liberty Village which has even more and smaller panes and...

If only they had continued with the precast cladding on street level and to the top of the building this would have looked quite nice, especially with the limited spandrel on the floors with the precast.

You're welcome. It just didn't figure in the route I was taking, although I probably would have done so if I was walking south on Church, instead of north on the street east of it, and had 252 Church in my sights.

Shoring equipment and I beams on site. Hopefully progressing soon. Like the Corktown area.
